For our Store Amsterdam we are looking for an
Your responsibilities:
- You will manage the store from a business perspective and lead the sales team to achieve the store's sales targets.
- As a fashion expert and representative of the Closed brand, you know the needs of our customers and offer high service and fashion advice
- Lead, train and motivate your team, including onboarding new employees
- Staff scheduling and vacation planning
- Appealing presentation of the Closed collections on the sales floor
- Carrying out operational tasks such as checkout procedures, inventory, deliveries, visual merchandising
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in retail, preferably in the textile industry
- Professional experience as a store manager/ store manager/ branch manager or a comparable position
- Talent for leading and motivating a team
- Distinct organizational talent
- You constantly acquire the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand
- Fluent Dutch and good English skills
